2. Use of Services & Lunar Credits (LC)
LunarDesk provides high-performance computing resources billed via Lunar Credits (LC). You agree that:
- Purchased Lunar Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- You are responsible for monitoring your resource usage and LC balance.
- If your LC balance is depleted, active resources may be suspended or terminated automatically per our credit enforcement policies.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use LunarDesk services to:
- Conduct illegal, malicious, or abusive activities (including but not limited to DDoS attacks, unauthorized port scanning, or distributing malware).
- Mine cryptocurrencies on instances not explicitly permitted for such workloads.
- Violate the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
- Bypass any security measures or exhaust resources deliberately (though our resilient orchestration limits this impact on others).
4. Data and Privacy
We care about the privacy of our Users. You understand that by using the Services you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personally identifiable information and aggregate data as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LUNARDESK, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS OR CONTENT PROVIDERS, BE LIABLE UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, COMPENSATORY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER.
